Review of Open Day for Customers and Interested Parties

apromace data systems GmbH looks back to a successful Open Day for Customers and Interested Parties at the fully occupied conference room at GIZEF II in Freiberg.

Visitors learned first hand on the best strategies for a MES implementation, how to have a better insight on your processes, and that every solution has their individual specifics.
Dr. Rolf Fischer, CEO of apromace said:

"It was a successful event with many outstanding speeches and discussions. You didn't even notice the time running during the data live-connections by our clients. The visitors kept discussing on these exciting topics during the breaks, also."

After the speeches an outlook was presented on the latest achievements, changes and future tasks of apromace. Later, the visitors had the chance to look back in history even further during a guided tour of the mineralogical exhibition of "Terra Mineralia".

apromace data systems GmbH is going to present another Open Day for Customers and Interested Parties in Freiberg this year.

Clients from the automotive industry and chemical industry (textiles), and speakers from Fraunhofer research institute and Tüv Süd Certification Service are going to speak about their experiences and possibilities with apromace. Topics range from the introduction of a MES system to process optimisations and the latest apromace developments. In addition, there's the unique opportunity to get an exclusive insight to the production by a live data connection.

Review of Austrian Foundry Conference

apromace data systems GmbH presented results of the Prosperguss research project as a plenary session in front of 300 guests at the Austrian Foundry Conference in Leoben this April. Speaker Mr. René Brunsch concluded:

There were many interesting innovations in the foundry sector this year again. We are happy to be a part of it with our Prosperguss project and our lecture. The subsequent discussions showed different technological preconditions in the foundries to introduce new solutions and realize a transparent foundry.

Dr. René Brunsch and Dr. Rolf Fischer of apromace data systems GmbH are going to present partial results of the research project PROSPERGUSS on the Austrian Foundry Conference in Leoben on 11th and 12th April 2013. Topic of the Conference is: Energy Efficiency During the Production and the Use of Castings while apromace is going to held one of the plenary sessions on: Parameterizing Optimal Process Windows by Data Analysis of the Complete Foundry Process.

Experiences on data collection, the identification of influencing parameters by new algorithms, and the use of quality-improvement reports are both interesting for visitors from the area of sand-casting, chilled-casting and die-casting. apromace continues to work with its partner on the Transparent Foundry.

Student-Companies Networking Event at TU Freiberg

apromace data systems GmbH took part in the networking event ORTE of TU Freiberg this year.

Pupils, students and graduates of all fields had the chance to inform themselves about entry and career opportunities at apromace. The visitors showed great interest in the wide area of tasks and comptences.
